Office Hours

Clients are seen by appointment only Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

New Clients

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the Intake Form or you may download the online Intake Form and email or bring with you to your appointment.

Appointment Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. In the event you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide our office with a 24-hour cancellation notice. Not arriving for a scheduled appointment and appointments changed or cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged price of the missed appointment. If you are late, a shortened appointment time may be necessary so please be sure to arrive on time. All payments are due at the time of visit.
