Colon Hydrotherapy Contraindications

There are medical conditions that are contraindicated for a person to receive a colon hydrotherapy session. If you have any of the conditions listed below you should not receive colon hydrotherapy until the condition has healed, in remission, or with a prescription from your medical doctor.

• Severe Anemia
• Aneurysm
• Carcinoma of the colon/rectum
• Severe Cardiac Disease
  (Uncontrolled Hypertension/Congestive Heart Failure)
• GI Hemorrhage/Perforation
• Taking blood thinners
• Severe Hemorrhoids
  (painful/bleeding)
• Crohn’s disease
• Cirrhosis of the Liver
• Recent Abdominal or Colon Surgery
  (within 6 months)
• Diverticulitis
• Fissures/Fistulas
• Pregnancy
• Abdominal Hernia
• Renal Insufficiency
• Kidney Dialysis
• Ulcerative Colitis
• Epilepsy/Seizures
