Preparation & After Care for the Infrared Sauna

Preparing for your Infrared Sauna Session

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate by drinking plenty of water the day of your session. We recommend drinking at least 16oz of water during the 2 hours prior to your infrared sauna session.

A water bottle is advised to bring along with you and you’ll want to wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing to change into after your session.

It’s advisable to remove all make-up and jewelry and please avoid wearing any oils, lotions, or perfumes into the infrared sauna.

During your Infrared Sauna Session

Each infrared sauna session is up to 45 minutes and the private infrared sauna room is yours for 1 hour. If this is your first infrared sauna session, you may want to start slow and work your way up to 45 minutes during future sessions.

Throughout your session you have full control over the sauna temperature and intensity and may adjust the settings to suite your personal preference and tolerance levels.

Feel free to listen to soothing music, a podcast, or even an audio book with the equipped Bluetooth, or use this time to relax in silence and disconnect from the outside world.

After your Infrared Sauna Session

Hydrate again! We recommend drinking at least 24oz of water to re-hydrate after your infrared sauna session.
You’ll want to change into loose, comfortable clothing that is breathable and light as your body may continue to sweat out toxins for some time after your session.
